🧭 Who we’re looking for
We’re hiring a responsible, emotionally intelligent Chat Manager (Audio Optional) to join our global team. You’ll support users worldwide through thoughtful, compassionate conversations using tools like astrology, tarot, coaching, mindfulness, and spiritual practices.
🗓️ Shift options (choose your pattern)
- Day: 15:00–23:00 (3 days on/2 off or 4 days on/2 off)
- 14:00–22:00 | 14:30–22:30 | 15:00–23:00 | 15:30–23:30 | 16:00–00:00
- Night (choose a preferred slot) (2 days on/2 off and 3 days on/2 off):
- 20:00–04:00 | 21:00–05:00 | 22:00–06:00 | 23:00–07:00 | 00:00–08:00
Night shift information: +$15 per shift for night shift starting at 22:00 (10:00 PM). No additional pay for day shifts.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat and (optional - audio call consultations) to users, using the tools of astrology, tarot, esotericism, coaching or spiritual practices;
- Deliver empathetic, responsive guidance that truly helps clients;
- Contribute to the team achievements and company goals.
✅ Requirements:
- Conversational English is a must;
- Interest or knowledge of astrology, tarot, esotericism, coaching, or mindfulness ( we provide training, a knowledge base, flows, and mentorship);
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills;
- Fast typing in English (minimum 35 words per minute);
- Confident PC user (desktop/laptop only; Google Chrome required)
- Responsible, focused, and detail-oriented.
💡 Nice to have:
- Experience in customer support/helplines/chat moderation/coaching/social work/call centers;
- Education or certification in psychology or life coaching;
- Experience supporting emotionally vulnerable individuals;
- Great time management, self‑motivation, growth mindset.

🌿 Health & time off
- Sick leave allowance 🤒
